Schneier: ‘Airports Safe Because Plots Are Hard to Organize’
Bruce Schneier has bad news/good news reflections on airport security. The bad: It’s still not hard to evade airport security if someone sets out to do so. The good: There “are very few actual terrorists, and plots are much more difficult to execute than the tactics of the attack itself.”
These are Schneier’s well-considered views. They’re reassuring, but everyone should be keeping a sharp eye out while travelling anyway.
