Preparedness Lessons from the Flu Front
It may be “old hat” to many companies by now, but here’s a very sensible list of steps to take for being prepared for swine flu or, by extension, any other emergency that might sharply deplete a firm’s workforce.
Accompanying it is a lengthy story from The Tennessean on “Lessons in Workplace Planning” from the flu outbreak. Both of these posts provide insights and guidance for emergency planning for flu or a host of other hazards that could strike businesses. Definitely worth some weekend reading and consideration.
