In-Depth Security Reading from Bruce Schneier
Two sources of in-depth reading on disciplines related to security, thanks to Bruce Schneier.
There’s Schneier’s own lengthy essay, “The Psychology of Security,” which draws on insights from behavioral economics, the psychology of decision-making, the psychology of risk and neuroscience.
Next, Bruce has discovered Daniel Gardner’s book, The Science of Fear, published in July, 2008. It’s about “how humans deal with fear…it’s the book I wanted to write, and it’s a great read,” Schneier says.
